Snow Day for Snow Leopards
An adorable baby snow leopard cub was born May 12, 2011 at the Cape May Zoo. To celebrate, the zoo hosted a special Snow Day on August 13, 2011. The Cape May Zoo joined the Snow Leopard Trust and the Woodland Park Zoo for a one day 'Coast to Coast Snow Leopard Conservation Day'. Fun activities took place all day, including games, crafts, face painting, keeper talks and selling of products from Mongolia. Visitors got to vote for a name for the little cub too!
