Planned Giving
Learn about how you can make a difference in snow leopard conservation through your Living Trust or Will.
Planned Giving is an easy and effective way to make a
difference for snow leopard conservation. Your Living Trust or
Will, in addition to providing for your loved ones, can also be a
vehicle for supporting a cause that is important to you.
Gifts through Living Trusts or Wills can be arranged in consultation with your attorney. They are typically very easy to arrange, and they can be ammended as you see fit.
Ways in which people arrange for Planned Charitable Giving can include:
- Designate a set amount or a percentage of your estate as a charitable gift to the Snow Leopard Trust
- Give what remains of your estate after all other bequests are made
- Gift stocks, bonds, or real estate to the Snow Leopard Trust through your Living Trust or Will
- List the Snow Leopard Trust as a recipient of a bequest as a contingency in the event other heirs are unable to receive their bequests
If you are interested in naming the Snow Leopard Trust as a recipient of a bequest in your Living Trust or Will, we recommend that you consult with your attorney. Please also download our Planned Giving document (145 Kb PDF) that contains additional details.
